Membership in Amil Sindhis is subject to approval and may be revoked for violation of these terms or community guidelines. Membership types include:

• YAC (Young Amil Club): For members under 30 years of age
• KAP (Khudabadi Amil Panchayat): For members 30-50 years of age
• Patron: For members above 50 years of age

5. Matrimony Services

Our matrimony services are provided to help members find suitable matches within the community. By using these services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Use the service for legitimate matrimonial purposes only
• Respect the privacy and dignity of other members
• Not share other members' contact information without consent
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

6. Events and Registrations

Event registrations are subject to availability and may require payment. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Arrive on time for registered events
• Follow event rules and guidelines
• Cancel registrations if unable to attend

7. Donations

Donations made to Amil Sindhis are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We provide tax exemption receipts (80G) for eligible donations upon request.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Amil Sindhis and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
